Refund & Returns Policy
I Khodal Bag specialises in custom branded bulk orders, so most of our orders are made-to-order. Our refund policy reflects that while being fair to buyers.
Standard / non-customised products
Unworn, unused items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned stock.
Custom / branded orders
Since these are made specifically with your logo or artwork, they are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Before bulk production, you approve a physical sample at your doorstep, which protects both sides.
Manufacturing defects
If any pieces have a genuine manufacturing defect (stitching failure, printing error, wrong colour vs. approved sample), notify us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Replace the defective pieces at our cost, or
- Issue a credit note for future orders, or
- Refund the pro-rata amount — your choice.
Advance payment
50% advance is non-refundable once sample production begins. If you cancel before sample production, we refund the full advance minus artwork setup charges (if any).
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, charges may apply based on work already done.
