By using homexspace.com (operated by I Khodal Bag) and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & pricing

All product information — images, descriptions, sizes — is provided in good faith but minor variations may occur due to the handmade / bulk nature of our products. Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST (GST charged as applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

2. Orders & acceptance

An order is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation (email / WhatsApp). For custom orders, production begins after 50% advance and sample approval.

3. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, terms are 50% advance + 50% on dispatch. Payment via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque. Order release is contingent on payment clearance.

4. Delivery & risk

Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates based on normal logistics conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by courier, transport strikes, weather, or force majeure events.

5. Intellectual property

You confirm you have the right to use any logo, artwork, or design you provide for customisation. You indemnify us against third-party IP claims arising from such artwork.

6. Website content

All images, text, and design on this website are the property of I Khodal Bag or used under licence. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Surat, Gujarat.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance.
