Shipping Policy

Where do we ship?

We deliver across India and support export orders internationally. Standard pin-codes across major cities are serviced within 3–5 days of dispatch. Remote and interior areas may take 5–7 days.

Shipping cost

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, destination and chosen partner. For bulk orders above 5,000 pieces we arrange dedicated transport, and charges are quoted separately.

Dispatch timeline

Ready-stock orders: 2–3 business days
Custom / branded orders: 10–15 business days after sample approval
Large bulk (10,000+): 20–25 business days

Couriers & tracking

We work with DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Safexpress depending on destination and weight. A tracking number is shared via email and WhatsApp once dispatched.

International shipping

For export orders we provide export-ready packing, commercial invoice, packing list, and coordinate with your CHA / forwarder at the destination port. Incoterms: Ex-Works Surat by default, other terms negotiable.

Damaged or lost shipments

We pack every order in protective inner + outer packaging. In the rare case of transit damage, notify us within 48 hours with photos — we’ll replace the damaged pieces or issue credit.
